Next Day delivery services are for the next working day only. If you require a Next Day Saturday service please contact us prior to purchase as this will incur an extra charge.
All orders placed including next working day delivery must be placed BEFORE 2pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be dispatched on the next available working day.
All our items are sent out using recorded delivery and proof of purchase for your peace of mind. You will need to provide a signature on receipt of your item and it is the buyers responsibility to ensure that a signature is provided. If the buyer has not signed for the item after two delivery attempts, the item will be returned to the relevant depot where it is the buyers responsibility to arrange a re-delivery or local pickup at a convenient time for them.
Large items supplied on a pallet service will only be eligible for two delivery attempts. If a second delivery attempt is failed, the item will be returned to us and a refund for the item and original postage will be given minus any returns / storage charges. Receiver will be notified of the date of delivery prior to dispatch.
Our marked shipping costs are given for the UK mainland only however we do offer postage to most international and remote UK destinations for most of our small to medium sized items. Please contact us first with your full address and we will supply you with a postage quote. We reserve the right to cancel a transaction for orders placed from and international or remote location. In this event, we will contact the buyer and an immediate refund will be made.
Any items sent internationally may incur extra costs and increased delivery times when passing through customs. Please be aware that we take no responsibility for any items once they have left the UK.
For items bought from outside of the UK we provide a signed for (tracked) service which trackable to the border of the destination country. Please be aware that once the item has entered the destination country, it may be handed to a different shipping operator located within that country. We can not be held responsible for any loss of items once passed to these companies.
Any purchases of electrical items that involve the need to be recoded such as ECUs, convenience control units and airbag modules will not be eligible for a refund. We will however exchange where possible or provide a credit note.
It is the customers' responsibility to send items back via recorded delivery means in order to obtain a tracking number and signature - proof of postage is not the same as proof of delivery.
All our items are security marked before dispatch. Any return items received that do not carry our security branding will not be eligible for refund under any circumstances.
If goods are found to be faulty or damaged you must report this to us within 3 days of receiving the item and any returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. We will refuse any item that is not reported within this time or arrives after this date and no refund will be given.
Orders cancelled after dispatch and parts wrongly ordered/correctly supplied but no longer wanted will be subject to a handling charge/restocking fee of 25%. This also covers the original cost to Just German Parts for postage of items marked 'free delivery'. Any return postal charges are a direct cost to the customer and non-refundable.
